Coir Fiber
Coir fiber, obtained from the tissues surrounding the seed of the coconut palm, it is one of the few natural fibers that are strong, highly durable and water-proof. It has the ability to stretch beyond its elastic limit without rupturing. Its resistance to microbial degradation and salt water and the ability for its tensile nature. We supply natural coconut coir fiber in continuous and long term volume. These are mainly used to replace foam materials in beds, seat cushion, coir mattress, coir doormats, geo textile, plant box, soil erosion prevention, mattresses, car seats, sofas, etc. It has many advantages in the before mentioned applications, the quality of our fiber can provide you a competitive edge to your products. Coco Peats
Coco peat are waste materials obtained from the extraction of coir fiber from the Coir husk manufacturer. Eliminating high level of sodium chloride by introducing calcium nitrate. Heat Treatment and ethylene oxide fumigation process are used to remove foreign elements such as seeds, soil, pests, animal material or any other contamination and to ensure a quality peat product. Concrete floors sun drying of Coco peat eliminates direct contact with the soil.
